Tracy O’Leary grew up in nearby Huntingdon Valley, then lived in Chalfont and New Hope before settling in Doylestown, Bucks County for the last 20 years. Tracy earned a BA from Temple University in Communications and started her career in advertising sales with Comcast Spotlight.
Tracy temporarily paused her career to be home to raise her 3 young children. Once she was ready to re-enter the workforce, she was looking for something new. Since her Mother was a successful realtor and she realized that she has a talent for seeing the potential in any home, she was excited at the idea of becoming a realtor. After purchasing and selling several properties with her husband, she felt confident that she could be successful on the other side of real estate transitions. After all, she understands that buying a home is one of the biggest investments a person will make in their lifetime so it is important to work with someone they can trust who will have their best interests in mind. Tracy has become that person for her clients.
Tracy has always built her business relationships on mutual trust and respect. She listens to their needs, rather than assuming that she knows what they need. Since her objective is to build relationships for life with her clients, her credibility and strong reputation are very important to her. Like any great agent, she realizes that referrals are the key to her success.
When not working you will find Tracy enjoying time with her family, cooking, working out or listening to true crime stories.
